Wonton wrappers
Olive oil
Umami Seed Blend
Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and lay on a tray lined with baking paper. Spray or brush wrappers with olive oil then sprinkle generously with Umami Seed Blend. Place in a warm oven at 175°c for around 5 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
Serve with a plate of cheeses, olives, dried fruits, nuts & a cold beverage!
