A crowd favourite! A deeply aromatic, full-bodied and versatile Indian korma blend featuring coriander, cumin, ginger, turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon. Add some stock, yoghurt, almond meal and lemon juice to create a deeply satisfying korma curry.

Serves 4
3 tbs vegetable oil
1 brown onion diced
4 tbs Korma Blend
500g diced chicken & or mixed vegies
¾ cup chicken stock
1 cup natural Greek yoghurt
3 tbs almond meal
2 tbs lemon juice
Heat oil in pan & cook onions. Add Korma Blend & fry for one minute. Add chicken and or vegies, stir for three minutes. Add stock and simmer for ten minutes or until meat and or vegies are cooked. Stir in yoghurt, lemon juice & almond meal then warm through.
Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice and pappadams.
*great with beef or lamb but allow extra cooking time
